How can I become a sponsored rider?
Thank you so much for your support and interest in becoming an ambassador/ sponsored rider for La Folie. Unfortunately we do not take on sponsors via request and currently have a full team! However we may have future collaboration opportunities on our social media.
How can I purchase your products?
We retail directly from our website however we do attended horse shows where we may have a pop up store. All updates regarding this will be available on our social media!
How long does delivery take?
Custom, hand-made and on an order basis products can take up to two weeks to be produced. Pre-made items will be dispatched within 2-4 working days after payment. Shipping time varies depending on the Courier and your location but we do our best to get your items out to you as soon as possible!
How do I become a retailer for La Folie Equestrian?

Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?
Please contact us immediately and we will arrange this for you. Sadly if the product has already been specifically produced or dispatched we are unable to cancel your order.
My order arrived damaged/faulty!
Please get in contact with us if your product has arrived damaged or faulty! Via social media or send us a mail on lafolieequestrian@gmail.com please note you may be required to provide photos of the damage/ fault.
I ordered the wrong size and it’s doesn’t fit!
Unfortunately if you have ordered the wrong size and it has been dispatched we cannot refund the product. Depending on stock availability and location we may be able to do an exchange, we will do our very best to accommodate you. Please have a close look at our sizing guide and send us an email or contact us on our social media if you have any questions regarding size before ordering!
Product Care:
It is important to note that print may fade over time due to fabric conditioning and or incorrect method of washing, items with silicone can be damaged by ironing and contact with direct heat sources. Refunds cannot be offered for any resulting defects, if you ever have any questions regarding care of your products do not hesitate to contact us.
