PAYMENT
Goods will not be dispatched until funds have been transferred/ received and a check has been done to ensure there are sufficient funds for the transaction. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping products if funds take longer to transfer than expected if we do not receive payment the contract will be terminated.
AVAILABILITY
All products show as “in stock” should be delivered within the standard delivery time-scale of 4-5 working days within South Africa as overseas orders take longer to dispatch. We will not however be held responsible for any delays in postal/ courier service as although we try our best to ensure shipping is as fast as possible delays are out of our control.
COMPLAINTS
In the event that despite our best efforts to meet the highest standard of customer service you are unhappy with your purchase or anything to do with our website and service please do not hesitate to contact us via our instagram or send an email to: Lafolieequestrian@gmail.com we will do our best to respond within five working days and reach a satisfactory conclusion in order to retain your valued support. We however are under no obligation to respond, pay compensation or maintain comments in confidence.
